Booking Policies:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (barring illness or extreme emergency) will be charged full price for service/s booked.
No shows will be charged full price for service/s booked.
Late arrivals may be required to reschedule or downgrade the appointment to a shorter service and will be charged full price for service/s booked.
Out of an abundance of caution ALWAYS reschedule if you are ill or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19. There will be NO FEE for rescheduling/canceling due to COVID-19 concerns. Self screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before each appointment and proceed accordingly.
